Meadowside Holiday Apartments

The location made it easy to explore Torquay and nearby places, with restaurants and bars around and both the bus and train stations an easy walk away. There’s also parking on site. Our upstairs apartment had lovely period features and was comfortable and very clean. We slept well in the soft bedding, and the shower was hot. The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering, and the entrance was spotless and welcoming. Daphne and Paul were warm, attentive hosts. Friends were staying in another apartment at the same time, and theirs had everything they needed too. I’d happily return and recommend these apartments.

Parking was a real help, and the location made it easy to get around Torquay. The best part, though, was how warmly Daphne and Paul welcomed us. They were attentive and helpful, while still giving us space, and checked that we had what we needed. The apartment was spotless and had all the equipment we needed to cook for ourselves, so settling in with friends was easy. We had a fantastic weekend at Meadowside and would love to come back.

We found plenty of lovely places to explore nearby, and it was an easy walk down to the seafront and back. The apartment was comfortable, and the street was quiet. Torre railway station is about a five-minute walk away. Thanks to Paul and Daphne for looking after us so well during a wonderful weekend.

The garden was such a peaceful, relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sun. The apartments are lovely and clean, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
