From arrival onward, the welcome was warm and the check-in smooth, with attentive staff and personal touches that made us feel valued. Our room was spotless, elegant and very comfortable, and the housekeeping and evening turndown were meticulous. The facilities were all top-tier. [The 25 boutique B&B] gave us the high-end, five-star pampering stay we expected. A flawless, luxurious experience, and I'll absolutely return. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The attention to detail was faultless, and the hosts, room and food were all superb. It's my number one place to stay, and I'll definitely be back. Many thanks, Maurice & Katrina.

In the Torre suite, the bed was the most comfortable we've slept in for a long time. The linen, decor and spacious dressing room were all top notch, as were the baked treats and toiletries. I especially loved the bathroom lighting. We've travelled a lot over the last few years, and this was honestly the best breakfast we've had. The homemade fruit shot and yoghurt were delightful, the eggs were perfectly done, and the tomato was spot on, which few places get right. Jason and Marsi gave us second-to-none service and hospitality. We'll definitely be back.

We got back from a three-night stay at the 25, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent and the room exceptional. Andy and Julian are great hosts and must be incredibly proud of what they've achieved with their tremendous B&B. If you're visiting Torquay, make every effort to stay here. I'm happy to guarantee you won't find anywhere nearly as good. Many thanks again, Andy and Julian.

Jason and Marsela are an incredibly hospitable and accommodating couple. The rooms are sumptuous, and their charm and attention to detail make the accommodation so much more than just somewhere to sleep. Cannot recommend it enough.
