Trinity Mews

We had everything we needed for the week, and couldn't fault the place. It was a great value little base for exploring Torbay. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

The flat was spacious, tidy and well equipped, and the three adults and one child in our group had a nice weekend in Torquay. It's very close to the harbour, with a small Co-op just down the road.

We had a pleasant two nights in Torquay, but the smell in apartment 10A put us off returning. It was stale when we came in and got stronger near the fridge, perhaps because a previous guest spilled milk that wasn't cleaned up. The first night we couldn't sleep because a drunk man was pacing and shouting by the entrance gate. I'm not really complaining about that. I just wish the flat had felt fresh and clean when we arrived. Maybe some plants would help with the humidity too. I hope this is useful.

The good thing about apartment 10 is its central location, right in the heart of the city. The kitchen had everything a family needs, and there were clean towels and bed linen. But the apartment wasn't very clean, and the kitchen table was extremely sticky. The entrance is on the other side, and the flat is very dark, even though I'd asked for somewhere somewhat bright. The people in apartment 12 next door made so much noise that we could hear it through the walls and ceiling. The shower door was stuck and the toilet was blocked. The facilities said a dog basket and bowl were available, but we got neither. I later heard they had to be requested, even though you pay £15 a night for the dog. Cleanliness and these details need more attention. Thank you, but if I return, I definitely never want apartment 10 again.
