Breakfast was excellent, brought right to our room on an extendable table. We slept really well, and the bed had plenty of space. The room, set apart behind the owners’ house, felt cosy but modern. It’s a great spot, just a short walk from the beach, and close to the Needles too. There were thoughtful extras waiting for us, including flowers, homemade shortbread and fudge. I’d highly recommend it.

Our hosts were lovely and helpful, with plenty of advice about the area. They even offered us lifts, masked up for the times, and gave us free wine for our anniversary. The separate chalet near Colwell Bay was perfect for privacy and social distancing. It was wonderfully clean, and breakfast was delicious and served in generous amounts. We were lucky to be among the first guests and definitely plan to return.
