Green Apartments

I was a little unsure about paying the deposit after reading the reviews, but I got it back in my account within two days. That gave me the impression the new management is doing things differently. The location was great, and for my marathon visit it was good value. I'd stay again if I get the chance to come back to Manchester.

Before the stay, the property was prompt and forthcoming when communicating. After checkout, though, they stopped responding to me. I still haven't had my security deposit returned, and other reviewers on trip advisor describe the same trouble getting their £250 back. This is a scam, in my view. Don't stay here. Please leave a negative review or spread the word however you can.

The bathroom floor was unstable, with tiles lifting up and cutting my ankle. I could see water seeping from beneath them, and there was a serious leak. The shower had almost no pressure, the walls were dirty and damaged, and there were bare bulbs with no shades. The WiFi was poor too. The owner ignored my messages. Parking was included, but they still tried to charge me extra, and communication was poor throughout. I also haven't received the required £250 deposit back, like everyone else. This place feels like a health hazard and should be shut down. Avoid it.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location made it easy to get to nearby shops and places to eat while still feeling peaceful. The pool, modern gym, and common spaces were all great for relaxing. I recently lived at Green Apartments and found it one of the best places for luxury living. The design has impressive attention to detail, balancing comfort with style. If you're after an upscale place to live, I'd recommend it.
