The room was cozy and quiet, with carpet, a rug, a comfortable mattress, and two chairs by the easy-to-use TV. The heating worked well, and there was a kettle with tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean, the shower was roomy and worked well, though the toilet felt a bit cramped between the wall and shower. The area felt safe at night, with shops and cafes just a few minutes away and Brooklands tram stop around a 5-10 minute walk. The staff were kind and generous, kept in touch with key box and WiFi instructions, and were easy to reach by phone. They were helpful and flexible about check-in. I was very happy with the cleanliness, service, and stay.

The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. Its location at 230 Washway Road in Sale made it convenient for getting to nearby services. This was one of my best hotel stays in Manchester. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in the Sale area.

The room photos, especially on booking.com, look nothing like the actual rooms. The place was filthy, dirty, and cold, and felt like a doss house. I believe the health department should close it down. Booking.com was told about the hotel but declined to act. Stay at your peril. Since the new owners took over, I find the positive reviews saying the hotel is great fake and deceptive. My friend left a review too, and the owners lied in their response, claiming the problems had been resolved. Please don't book here.

Two nights cost £200, and it was freezing the whole time. I told them the heating wasn't working, but nothing was done. The bathroom smelled of sewer gas, the shower was pathetic, and it was very dirty. Absolutely awful.

Ahmed sent clear instructions and the keylock code, which made arrival easy. We had a double and a single bed, just right for a dad and lad, plus a window for fresh air and a hot shower. We parked at Cornerstones Guest House and walked about 15 minutes to Sale Metrolink tram stop in Sale. We stayed Saturday and went to Old Trafford for the Manchester United match on Sunday. Would recommend.
