A lovely gentleman looked after us at this lovely place. The rooms were clean and well decorated, and breakfast was super delicious. We recommend this Inn ❤️🍀🐞

The owners were really helpful with tips for dog walks and places to eat, and we had a great stay. The room was perfect, with a small kitchen, a decent bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom and lounge. We had dogs with us and couldn’t get any of the windows open. Leaving the door ajar meant they ran out, so an easy-opening window is the one thing I’d change. The location is lovely, in a small town with easy access to Truro and the roads heading further north. We’ll be back.

We had a large suite that was spacious enough to use as our base for a week. The children had single beds in a room separated from the king-sized master bedroom by archways and a dressing room. The room was serviced daily. Paddy and Vivienne were so kind, welcoming and helpful. They suggested great places to visit and eat, and lent us some things for the beach. Vivienne was away when we first arrived, but she was just as lovely when we met her. Nothing was too much trouble, including getting special treats for the children, and we had an incredible breakfast every day. Our whole family had a fabulous week here. We looked up Bissick Old Mill to recommend it to a family member after staying a while back. It’s by far the best B&B we’ve ever visited. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.

The breakfast was our highlight: the husband and wife team made beautiful meals, and the omelettes, scrambled eggs and poached eggs were all cooked just right. My wife and I had a great stay. The staff were polite, accommodating and communicated well from booking through checkout. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the essentials, and there was plenty of convenient parking in the private car park. You really can't go wrong here. Highly recommended, 5/5.

The peaceful, tucked-away setting made a great base for exploring Cornwall. Paddy and his excellent cooking made us feel so welcome, and our cosy room was spotless. We spent four lovely nights here and found everything just right. Would recommend it wholeheartedly, and I hope we can come back soon.
