We loved watching the wildlife from the kitchen diner, especially the hen pheasant who came by each day with her 10 tiny chicks. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable, with stylish furnishings and décor. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay, and the whole site was beautifully maintained.

The cottage was very well equipped and had a pleasant outlook. Pooley Bridge is just a 10-minute walk away along paths across the fields.

We had a cosy, comfortable cottage on a working farm just outside Pooley Bridge village, and everything about the place was right for us. This was our second Christmas holiday here, and the large decorated tree, seasonal ornaments and trimmings, plus a welcome bottle of port, made it special. Highly recommended!
