Modern, clean apartment in a great location. I’d choose it again. Parking is limited to the layby outside and it can get busy, plus there’s traffic noise. We also needed milk for drinks.

The host was only a call away if we needed anything, and the apartment is just a short walk from the town centre and its 'action'. The safari park is nine minutes away by car. We booked two nights as a base for exploring the lakes, and could easily have stayed a week. Maybe we’ll come back next year. Check-in was simple, the place was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a little chilly when we arrived, but the digital radiators in the living area and bedroom warmed things up quickly. There is some traffic noise from the busy main road, though it seemed to have mostly died down by 10pm. Can’t fault the accommodation. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return.
