Willow cottage itself was quite nice and clean, but I left feeling robbed because the hot tub was the main reason we came and we only used it for two hours in total. The first night it was too hot, the next it was freezing. It’s old, half the jets don’t work, and the shelter is no use: it leaks, is starting to bend in, and the farmhouse can see what you’re doing. The lane to the property is awful, unkept and scraped all under my car. I was worried about driving anywhere after that. You can’t arrive before 4pm, so this time of year it was already getting dark, and the poor lighting made it hard to see outside. There are so many instructions to read. A younger group below us were a little loud and woke us early with the sound of someone throwing up. Very disappointing overall.
