We had a brilliant week, especially passing through Henley while the Regatta was in full swing. We’re already looking forward to another trip. Le Boat’s team were exceptional, and our Magnifique was clean, well kept, comfortable and surprisingly roomy for two people and a dog. It’s one of their less luxurious boats, so next time we may choose something fancier. The beds were a bit hard, there was no mains electricity, and our boat was missing a few nice extras, like a table and chairs on the top deck. The route was flexible, and having our car taken to the destination boatyard was great. Early check-in and late checkout made the trip feel relaxed. We’d never driven with this company before, but found the whole experience better than trips we’ve taken with other companies, especially a famous one beginning with ‘H’. The end-of-trip charges matched what we’d been told at the start and didn’t seem excessive, despite what some other reviews said.
