I was delighted by the service during an unexpected stay here. We booked at the last minute, and even though it was late, they still let me into my room. The facilities were clean and high quality, and the bed was comfortable. The Full English was delicious, freshly cooked to order. I’d definitely recommend the place and stay again if I’m in the area.

The rooms are simple, cosy and very good, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the cooked breakfast. The only downside was our small double bed, which wasn’t a normal size. Otherwise, a great stay and I’d highly recommend it.

This is my home from home in Warwick. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and well furnished, with powerful showers and fast internet. I’ve been travelling for business for 17 years, and these are the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed on the road.

We’re heading up again this year for the CLA, and I’m looking forward to staying tomorrow night. Jane is probably the most helpful B&B owner I’ve come across, nothing is too much trouble, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I completely forgot to rate our last stay here in July 2011, when I was the first reviewer. I haven’t tried breakfast yet, but fellow B&B guests had good things to say about it last time we stayed.

This motel near Warwick and Leamington Spa has comfortable en-suite rooms with a kettle and tea-making facilities. It’s clean, warm and good value, with plenty of parking right outside the room. Breakfast can be ordered for an extra charge. There are no evening meals, but nearby local pubs have good food. Dogs are welcome.
