Philip at reception was especially helpful and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout. We had a lovely stay in a comfortable, clean, well-kept hotel. Breakfast had plenty of good options. We’d been told there would be no housekeeping on Christmas Day, which was completely understandable. A couple of days afterward, the room wasn’t quite as tidy as earlier in our stay, though it was nothing major. We’d happily come back.

We only came for afternoon tea, so I can’t comment on the rooms. We’ve been to the Lambert Arms several times and Az has served us on those visits. He’s always polite and smiley, and was attentive and helpful again this time. We had a lovely afternoon and will be back soon.

Auranzeb made everything go smoothly for Grandpa’s birthday. He was so helpful, and the service was amazing and handled our requests efficiently. It was a lovely day.

The evening wedding reception was lovely. The room was beautifully decorated, with the tables spaced nicely and plenty of space for dancing. The buffet was piping hot and had burgers, chicken, pasta, salad, and more. We didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t say anything about the rooms.
