Parking was off street, and we had privacy and a separate private entrance. The place was clean, with a super-clean bathroom and a spacious shower with a really powerful flow. The friendly, kind host made us a cooked breakfast, with porridge, yogurt and fruit too, to set us up for the day. It was easy to get on the road and explore the places we were driving to, and big supermarkets were a short drive away. Breakfast was included.

The fresh, hot breakfast was faultless, and the hens gave us fresh eggs every day. Our spacious room was spotless and to a high standard, better than many hotels, even though this is a B&B. Vicki looked after us excellently throughout our seven days. The warm welcome and farewell reflected the whole stay. She’s passionate about her business, and what she offers is excellent value. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return when we’re in Cornwall.

Staying here felt more like visiting a favourite relative than being at a bed and breakfast. Vicky runs the place beautifully, the rooms are spotless, and breakfast has a good range of choices, excellently prepared and presented. We had a great week and would choose this place first if we visit Cornwall again.

Vicki and the team were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. We’re extremely grateful ❤️. The room at Rose Vean B&B and its en-suite were warm, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great too, especially Vicki’s fruit salad.

We had a very happy stay at Rose Vean, with lovely rooms in a perfectly peaceful setting. The hostess was welcoming and hospitable, and the rain shower was fabulous. Everything was on one level. Breakfast had lots of choices and an amazingly pretty fruit salad, though I went for the full English. Everything was locally sourced, and the sausages were to die for. It’s close to Helston without noisy traffic. I’ve stayed at many B&Bs, and I’d definitely recommend Rose Vean to anyone discerning. Really should have 10 stars 🤗👍👍👍
