The cottage was lovely, but the cold made us leave early. The heating ran on a timer and came on four times a day, but the place never warmed up. Upstairs was freezing, and I had to sleep in a fleece. That wasn't acceptable in such cold weather.

The parking right outside the door was really handy, and Whitby centre was only a few minutes away on foot. The cottage was lovely and comfortable, with good-sized rooms and all the equipment we needed for a couple of weeks away, even with a baby.

A comfortable place with everything equipped for a great stay. There's private parking, and it's a five-minute walk to the front. I can't fault it and would strongly recommend it.
