Batch Country House

We’re based in the same village, so Batch Country House’s location near Weston-super-Mare is ideal for us. We’ve been their preferred DJ company for years, and it’s always a pleasure to work so close to home. The grounds are beautiful, and our topiary love letters look great by the fountain. Inside, there’s a spacious room with a dedicated dance floor, and the stage easily fits all our kit. The owners and staff are consistently reliable, and the food is always exceptional. We love playing here and highly recommend it to couples after an elegant venue with great facilities and a personal touch. Olly

The grounds at Batch were gorgeous, with blooming flowers and lots of lovely places for photos. The koi fish pond and spacious outdoor areas kept the children happy all day. Some of our guests stayed at the venue and said their rooms were clean and spacious. Our ceremony was in the Ivory Suite because we had 154 guests, and it looked beautiful. Afterwards, the team quickly changed the room around for the wedding breakfast, setting it up perfectly. Even the extra display areas I’d planned looked better than I imagined. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. Guests kept telling us how impressed they were by both the quality and quantity. Everything was so well organised, with impressive attention to detail. Our wedding coordinator Abby was lovely, friendly and professional. Even with my millions of questions, she was always there by phone, email or in person to answer them and reassure me. We got married at The Batch Country House on 25/07/2025, and the whole day was just what I’d dreamed of. Thank you to everyone at Batch for making it so special. I’d highly recommend it to anyone considering a wedding there. You won’t be disappointed! 😊

The grounds were beautiful, and there was even a nesting swan on the river bank. The rooms were comfortable for all our guests, and the food and drinks were delightful. Dietary needs were taken care of smoothly. We recently celebrated our wedding at Batch and had a wonderful time from beginning to end. Their team made the planning and organisation, as well as the day itself, run as smoothly as possible.
