I’ll come back to sing karaoke. The bar staff were pleasant and helpful, the sound was good, and you can do two songs back to back. The listing says it starts at 8:30, but it didn’t begin until 9. I rang four times to ask if it was on that night, and each call rang for ages, around 100 rings, before cutting off automatically. Also, the photo on Google is wrong because the signage has changed.

They need to clean the lines for the Thatchers cider, and check your change. The same round cost £6.70 once and £7.70 the next time. I waited over an hour for karaoke, while the same regulars kept singing. They really need to up their game.

I haven’t stayed here, though family members have. I come from Falkirk, Scotland, to do karaoke here with my mum and sisters, who live in Weston. The atmosphere is brilliant.

A nice spot for a different kind of Saturday night out. There’s karaoke, so you can join in or have a go yourself without anyone judging you, and the staff are lovely and friendly. In summer, the evenings are great, with sea views, live entertainment and outdoor seating.

The customer service was diabolical. The employees were vile and showed no respect for elderly people. The rooms aren’t worth the price, and the whole experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay well away.
