Breakfast was lovely, with a good range of quality food for all of us to start the day. We also appreciated the little extras, like the biscuits and coffee available in reception. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the three of us all slept well. What really stood out was the team. Everyone we met was friendly and professional, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We spent a wonderful two-night weekend there with our daughter and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a brilliant time and would happily return. A stress-free, welcoming stay, highly recommended.

The room was warm, but there were fans provided and the windows had been left open before we arrived. The bed was comfortable, with a good choice of pillows, and the duvet felt like a weighted blanket. The ensuite was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Reception staff dealt with an issue straight away, and housekeeping were lovely. On-site parking was a bonus, and breakfast was ok.

The parking information wasn't clear, and I later got a fine in the post because I hadn't logged my registration. The shower was very weak too. Even so, it was a pleasant stay. Our room was a decent size, and staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with self check-in after arriving late.

Breakfast was a mess. The restaurant was dirty and looked neglected, little was labelled, the mushrooms came out white, the berries were still frozen, and the coffee machine made something like dishwater. I should have left, but gave it a chance. We arrived at 0630, when breakfast was supposed to be available, but it was closed until 0640. The restaurant staff member who opened it was the rudest I've ever encountered, a middle-aged, balding man with no warmth at all. The room looked tired too, below the usual Premier Inn standard. I stayed here before a morning flight from Bristol. Save your money and go elsewhere, at least for breakfast. A McDonald's drive-through would have served something hot, and perhaps with a smile.

The room itself was clean and tidy. There are no lounge facilities, and the hotel seems geared towards contractors working nearby and people stopping for a night before moving on. The seafront is a bit of a walk away, so the location wasn't great for that. For food, the beefeater next door is there, but remember to book a table or you'll be sent to the bar.
