Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare - Seafront

I like being left to myself, so the self-service check-in suited me perfectly. I didn't see or speak to any staff during my visit, though I know some people might not like that. Getting around was easy without a car, with buses and trains nearby and plenty of places to eat around the hotel. My Premier Plus room was faultless, with a lovely view of the Weston big wheel lit up at night and the sea in daylight. I'll definitely come back.

Nathan and his team really went out of their way for our party. We were there to surprise a family member for his birthday, and we appreciated it so much. Everyone we met was polite and friendly. We stayed for two nights and loved it. Check-in was quick, the staff were welcoming, and our clean room had a comfortable bed and a shower with good pressure. We also enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was hot and tasty, and came out quickly.

We’re already thinking about booking again next year. The staff were lovely to chat with and happy to help with what we needed. They also suggested things to do locally and told us about the carnival. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was good, classic pub food, served on time and cooked well. We went down at 5:30 and it was quiet, which worked well with our two young children. Our room was clean and tidy, with a lovely sea view. On arrival, we were met with big smiles, and check-in was friendly and quick, with useful details about breakfast and dinner.

The reception staff member, who also helped out in other areas, made such an effort to make my stay comfortable. She was from Darlington, though I can't remember her name. I was there for a funeral, and she kindly asked how it had gone and how I was feeling. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Amazing customer service. I’ve just checked out of premier inn Weston super mare seafront.
