Days Inn by Wyndham Wetherby

The bar area and staff were fantastic, and Mohammed kept breakfast clean and well stocked. There was plenty of hot, tasty food. Our room could use a refresh, but it was warm, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

There’s a modern glass-fronted foyer with loads of casual seating where guests can sit and chat instead of being stuck in their rooms. The hotel feels nothing like the transit motels of the past. We heard no road noise, and there was ample parking, including charging points for electric cars.

We only ended up at the service station because a wheel on our car had cracked and left us stranded in England. After booking a room for the night so we could work things out the next day, we found the staff incredibly kind. They understood how stressful it was and even offered to help with parking so we wouldn’t get a fine while sorting things out. That unexpected kindness meant a lot.

After a long drive, it was easy to relax straight away here. My room was clean and tidy, everything worked, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. This was my third visit, and another good experience. I’ll use the hotel again and would recommend it.
