We had a lovely week here and would definitely stay again. The hotel is well placed for the beach, restaurants and shops, and it’s very clean, well furnished and maintained. The family who run it are welcoming and helpful, with just the right balance of hospitality and assistance. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of good quality choices, nicely presented and served well. Thank you, Micheal and Carolina, for a lovely stay.

We stayed for the weekend, sharing a fairly compact room with our 5 year old. It had everything we needed and was clean and ready for us. The shower, TV and kettle all worked fine. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a B&B, and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Staff were polite and accommodating, and we were very pleased with the service.

The views and location are amazing. It’s a warm, friendly hotel with welcoming, helpful staff, clean rooms of a good size, and a great breakfast. I won’t hesitate to return.

We had a great August Bank Holiday at the Bourneville Hotel and look forward to coming back soon. The seafront view is wonderful, and the location is ideal. Michael made us feel welcome from the first booking and was incredibly helpful. Many thanks to Michael and Karolina for their attentive hospitality. Shel & Vinny

*UPDATED JULY 2019* This was our third visit this year, with my parents and daughter, and we’ll keep coming back. The sea front location is great, with the arcade opposite and the beach, harbour and shops a short walk across the road. Rooms are clean and staff provide great customer service. Breakfast is tasty and fills you up, and they’re always happy to bring more toast. It’s family friendly too, with cots, highchairs and booster seats. They were happy to get a mini fridge for my daughter’s milk. *JULY 2018* On our second visit, two years after the first, it was just as good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The full English is great and filling, with juices, tea, coffee, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit as well. The seafront views are lovely and the beach is just across the road, which is perfect for families. We had an ensuite family room with a separate bunk bed room connected by a door, and they provided a travel cot for my daughter. There’s private parking with a permit, and the rooms are clean. There’s also a downstairs bar for alcoholic or soft drinks. Always a good experience, and we’ll visit again. Thank you!
