Moonfleet Manor

The views were gorgeous, the amenities were spot on, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our child and dog were well catered for, as were we, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel that made me completely at ease. My partner and child both had spa treatments and rated them 10/10. We've just returned from a perfect weekend at Moonfleet Manor and hope to visit again. Thanks so much!

The team made us feel valued throughout our stay, always going the extra mile. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully furnished, a lovely place to relax. From arrival, the welcome was warm and professional, with genuine care that made the whole experience feel luxurious and restful.

We came today for the soft play, as we've done every week since my little nephew was born. He's under two, so we'd never been asked to pay before. This time we were told it would be £30 for half an hour, even though he's still little and gets tired quickly. The receptionist was rude and snobby. I showed proof of how often we've visited and explained that we'd never paid, but she still insisted I pay the £30. Moonfleet, you've now lost three very good customers. £30 for a small child to play for half an hour is astonishing when there are free places with more to offer.

Wendy at reception and Karen in the restaurant were so kind to our daughter and made sure we were comfortable and looked after. The whole place is set up so parents and children have what they need, and our six-year-old loved the play den, activity room, bowling and golf. We had amazing food and drinks at every meal, including breakfast, lunch and dinner on most days. We've just got home after a wonderful few days at Moonfleet, with memories we'll always treasure.
