We booked for a week and found the facilities great. The kitchen and living room were nice, the bathroom was large, and the beds were comfortable. Access is by lift, and parking is in a secure garage area.

The marina views were spectacular, especially the steam trains lit up at night. The owners were so thoughtful and provided everything, including wine and chocolate biscuits, which we appreciated. Bedrooms were fabulous, bathrooms sparkling clean, and the living area luxurious. A wonderful experience, and we'll be back.

A secure parking bay for each guest in the under-building car park was a brilliant bonus for us. Parking was top of our list in Whitby, and Holt court delivered. We were also welcomed with a few beers and ice cream Lolly's, a fab touch. The place is modern, spacious and quiet, perfect for us. We were out walking most of the time, but it's a great place to return to. Town is a 14-minute walk away, with local shops, bars, and everything you need. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good night's sleep and the option to stroll into Whitby. There's nothing not to like if you don't mind the walk.

We stayed in number 12 holt court for four nights, August 31 to September 4. It was an absolutely amazing apartment, spotless and fully equipped, with lovely welcome gifts that made it feel like home. The toys and TV entertainment were really handy for the whole family on rainy days and evenings. The centre and attractions are within walking distance. A fantastic experience, and we'd definitely recommend it. Tore, Lela, Serena and friends.
