Hannah was a gracious host, friendly and a fantastic cook, and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The Old Dower House was a really pleasant place for our family and friends to stay. We’d highly recommend it and will be back.

Hannah made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. Our group of eight had a perfect weekend at The Old Dower House for our son’s wedding at The Grange Barn. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. On Friday, we had a fabulous meal at The Swan pub across the road. We’d highly recommend staying here and hope to return. Thank you, Hannah, everyone enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was amazing, with loads to choose from and everything delicious. It was by far the best we’ve had at a B&B. Hannah was a perfect host from the moment we arrived, and the room was lovely, with views over the Mere and homemade lemon drizzle cake waiting for us. It’s a wonderful place to stay, with all those little touches that make a difference. Just right for chilling out and relaxing.

We had a wonderful two-night stay, and the breakfast was brilliant. The owners were so helpful and even baked a delicious lemon drizzle cake for our arrival. There are fantastic walks nearby. The owner, Hanna, recommended the walk from Marbury to Whitchurch, and from the top of the hill it looked stunning, like being in a Ronald Lampitt painting. We’ll definitely be back.

Hannah made us feel very welcome during our three nights at The Old Dower House, where we stayed for our daughter’s wedding at Grange barns. The location is stunning and the facilities are top notch. We loved the lemon drizzle cake and will be back. Pete & Adele
