Louise made check-in easy and explained what we needed to know. The peaceful setting is lovely, and the modern house is well kept and has just about everything you could need. We stayed for a long weekend and found it even nicer in person than online. The breakfast hamper and Easter treats were thoughtful touches. A hidden gem, and I’d happily recommend The Pheasantry!

We loved the calm views and all the wildlife around the house, from the sheep and chickens to wild deer and different birds. Peter and Louise were friendly, quick to respond, and left clear instructions along with useful local recommendations. The house is modern, well maintained, and very well equipped. Their breakfast hamper had bread, marmalade, and eggs from their chickens. It’s a great nature-surrounded escape from the city and one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at in the UK. We’ll be back soon to explore Norfolk’s beaches.
