The rooms really aren’t great. Skip the breakfast boxes: they’re £12 for a few things that would cost £2.50 at most. The website doesn’t make the breakfast arrangements clear, and it isn’t worth paying extra for.

I’ve been here over a week and spent £500, and I’ve been treated like rubbish. Magda the manager is horrible, rude and arrogant, and will call you a liar. She let someone into my room, though luckily I knew the person, and then there was glass in the room. She also said she was doing me a favour by letting me stay in the same room I’d paid for. Never again. The manager is the worst.

We stayed just one night. The hotel was okay, and the location was decent, with nearby shops within reach. The staff seemed quite friendly, I think.

Booking was easy, the location is excellent, and the rooms are decent. The staff were excellent and always checked that everything was okay. Jane really looked after us. Thanks to Jane and the team at widnes travel Lodge. We’d definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms are basic, but that’s what you’d expect for £45 a room. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and it’s well placed for Liverpool Airport with plenty of shops nearby.
