Villa Farm York

Nicole made a huge difference to our wedding experience. She listened to what we wanted and helped bring it to life, staying thoughtful and attentive from the early planning through the day itself. Her calm, friendly manner put us at ease, and she was always there with advice and support. The teams coordinated smoothly with our other vendors, and the day ran seamlessly. Villa Farm York has a lovely rustic countryside setting, with beautiful surroundings and careful attention to detail. We appreciated having indoor and outdoor options, and the flexibility to suit either a larger celebration or something more intimate. The venue exceeded our expectations, and Nicole and the team took care of everything so well. We’re very grateful for the experience and will treasure the memories.

Having the venue from Friday to Sunday made setting up and packing away feel easy, and gave us a fun, relaxed wedding weekend. We stayed at Pheasant Rise, which was wonderful, and the bridesmaids could get ready there on the morning of the wedding. Nicole, Ola and Corrina made the planning process a pleasure. They were so lovely and professional that both our suppliers and guests commented on it, and their attention to detail never went unnoticed. York Barn itself was beautiful. I loved working with the team and will miss them so much. Thank you for making the day so special, just as I’d imagined.

The day itself was amazing and ran so smoothly, thanks to Nicole, Corinna and Ola. By the time our wedding arrived, they felt like friends and part of the day. The ladies are what make the venue so special, and the next day we were already saying how much we’d miss them. Villa Farm was beautiful and completely unique. We said on our first visit that we could have married there that very day, just as it was. We hardly needed decorations, since we didn’t want to hide any of its lovely features. Our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful venues and weddings they’d ever been to. We can’t recommend it enough ❤️

The outdoor spaces made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos, and our guests were in awe of the setting. The day felt full of love and happiness, with the venue’s rustic yet elegant decor helping set the mood. We’re so grateful to the team for caring for the outdoor areas and handling details like the seating and the move into the indoor reception so smoothly. From the first planning stages through the final send-off, everyone handled things with care and professionalism, and the staff went above and beyond to keep the day running well. When we first arrived at Villa farm and met Nicole, we knew it was right for our special day. Thank you to Nicole, Ola, Corrina and the whole Villa farm team for turning our wedding into a cherished memory.
