Paula and Richard were so friendly and ready to help with anything. The rooms are very spacious, and breakfast was lovely. The location is great, midway between Windermere and Bowness, with both an easy walk away. We'll be back 💕

We spent three nights here for our anniversary and had a perfect trip. With plenty of parking and a car, it was easy to explore different parts of the Lake District. The room was cosy and clean, and the host was really friendly and helpful. They were also quick and easy to contact. Perfect location, and we'd definitely return ☺️

We all had a wonderful stay in the family room, which was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, from cereal, toast and yogurts to a cooked meal. Paula was warm and friendly, with great local tips and directions that helped us see so much and make lovely memories. The location between Bowness and Windemere was ideal, about a five-minute walk to either, with everything accessible while still away from the thick of things. Paula & Rich were lovely hosts. Gorgeous Jack the black lab doesn't go into the guest house, but as fellow lab owners we asked to meet him, and we're glad we did. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back. Highly recommended.
