Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well equipped. They had good-quality shower gel and shampoo, too. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Helen was a legend and made us feel welcome and valued. My sister and I spent two nights here this week and arrived in the rain to a warm welcome. The room was lovely, with a birthday card and chocolates for us, and both it and the bathroom were spotless. We even sat out on the balcony with a glass of wine despite the rain. Breakfast had a great choice and was cooked perfectly. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it.

We booked room 14 for one night for our wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clean, lovely room came with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates, a thoughtful touch. There was a bath and walk-in shower, and breakfast was excellent. It's around a 15-minute walk to the lake and shops. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely stay again.

I got a cheeky upgrade when I arrived, maybe because of the time of year. The room was fantastic, warm, and cosy, and the bed puts mine to shame 🤣. There's even a TV at the end of the bath! The lady who runs the place is lovely. Next time I'm in Windermere, I'm staying here.

I forgot to leave a review, but nowhere else compares. The staff were lovely and the food was great, and I felt so much at home. This was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I already want to go back!!!
