We came with my son and daughter-in-law, who needed wheelchair access, and Liz greeted us so warmly that we felt she’d do anything to help. We had an accessible room and a twin room linked by a connecting door. Both were clean, roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Dinner and drinks arrived quickly and tasted delicious, and the breakfast was divine. Even my son, who normally skips breakfast, ate. I have a broken foot, but the hotel helped us get taxis into town, so the distance from the station wasn’t much of a problem and didn’t spoil our break. Five stars from us, and we’ll be back.

The breakfast was the best, with a full English and Costa coffee, and the lobby and bar stay open 24:7. We were three in one room and it felt cramped, with bags and people under each other’s feet, though it would be great for two. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet even with planes from Heathrow overhead. The staff were exceptional and the lobby was cozy. There’s only one lift, which could be a concern if it broke down. The real drawback was the 15 min walk from town with no car while we hauled our suitcases.

The room felt modern, clean, and warm, with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. The breakfast area was clean and up to date, and the fresh food was delicious. I especially liked the pancake maker. My partner and I had a great time, and the welcoming reception staff helped make it a lovely stay. I really recommend Holiday Inn Express in Windsor.

Our son felt like a VIP all weekend. Before our stay, I asked if the hotel could make his birthday special, and management got in touch to ask his name and said they’d take care of it. On arrival, the receptionist welcomed us warmly and gave him a VIP voucher for a treat and hot chocolate. Our room had balloons, treats, a birthday card, and a lovely staff message on the mirror. The hotel was clean and lovely, and the staff were helpful. It’s a 10 minute drive to Lego land, with Windsor town centre only minutes away for shops, restaurants, and sights like Windsor castle. The limited menu and lack of kid choices were the only downside. We’re planning another summer trip to Lego land next year and will use the hotel again. Thank you for making his birthday so magical ✨

The rooms are modern and clean, with plugs right beside the beds, and the wifi was excellent. Breakfast was very good and delicious, and the bar’s prices were reasonable. The staff were polite and really friendly. Parking is available, though you do have to pay. A lovely hotel in a great spot.
