We slept really well, and the owners were so nice that the little issues didn't matter much. The breakfast was lovely too. We did have to walk down the passage and around a corner to reach the shower, and our bins weren't emptied or coffee topped up while we were there. Still, it's a lovely place.

The Wi-Fi was weak in our room. We didn't really need it, though, and never asked whether anything could be done. The barn's rooms had loads of character, breakfast was great, and we were made to feel very welcome. Great location too, thank you!

We loved the old building and its character, including the sloping floors. It's not Premier Inn, but that suited us. We had all three rooms as a family, so the third room's WC in the shared shower room just outside wasn't an issue. The other two rooms had their own WC and sink. Beds were comfy and we slept well. There was tea, coffee and loads of biscuits in the room. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit salad, cereal, a full English, and plenty of tea, coffee and toast. Good parking, and Corinne and David are lovely hosts. There's a pub a few minutes away, a large fishing store close by, and Lemore Manor is a short drive.

We stayed in August and found it a great base for the area. It's a lovely Grade II listed building full of character, and the owners were polite and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend this B&B.

The breakfast was nicely done, and the place is cosy and immaculately decorated. It's also about 10 minutes from Hay. But this is NOT a 4 star hotel. The owners have a policy that guests should leave their rooms between 12pm and 4pm during the day. My wife and I were asked to leave the property and come back at 4pm for our second night's stay. As it's a barn conversion, the ensuite space is quite limited, and the three rooms share a shower.
