Port Sunlight village makes a lovely setting for the hotel, and the nearby station has direct trains into central Liverpool for shopping or sightseeing. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Breakfast was freshly made, with cooked and continental choices, and the evening menu was excellent, as were the wines we tried. I'd happily recommend staying here.

Dinner was excellent, nicely presented, and the wine list was reasonable. Other drinks were fine too, and it seems like a good place for weddings and similar events. The setting is pleasant, with spacious grounds in a lovely village and a fabulous art gallery. It was quiet, but there weren't always enough staff: reception wasn't consistently manned, and some people either didn't know the answers to questions or never got back to me. Others were very good with guests, especially Joshua, who made dining a real pleasure. The rooms have no coffee-making facilities or fridges.

Champagne Afternoon Tea was such a lovely afternoon. We had tea, champagne, and amazing sandwiches and cakes in the hotel's beautiful setting. Craig looked after us so well, always attentive and happy to help. While we waited, he brought out some history books about Port Sunlight, which were really interesting. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The LeverHulme is a great place to unwind on a work trip. It's quiet, classy, and full of character, with Art Deco details and lounges that feel straight out of the 1920s. There's no gym, but the surroundings are lovely to explore. The food and service are hard to beat on the Wirral. Well done to Mark and the staff!

The food was delicious, especially the proper hog roast. It was a beautiful summer evening, with tables and chairs set outside, and the place made a lovely venue for a wedding reception and party. The steps leading out had no handrails, which was tricky. Luckily my husband helped me, as he understands my M.S. I hadn't known the place existed before, but I'd like to visit again.
