The owner was really nice, and the rooms were clean, pleasant, and roomy. The guesthouse itself was lovely and the area very quiet, so we were happy with our stay. We didn’t try breakfast, though I’m sure it’s nice. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

The woman who greeted us was very nice, and I’d happily stay here again. We were in town for Liverpool Comicon and only used the place to sleep, so I can’t say much beyond that. The room had a TV with Netflix and other services, a fridge, plenty of tea and coffee, and chocolates. Parking should be fine as long as street parking works for you. It’s a nice neighbourhood, so I wouldn’t expect any issues.

John and Carol made us feel very welcome during our eight nights here. The room and beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The full English breakfast was to die for. We had a wonderful stay and can recommend Wyngate without hesitation.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very large room with everything we needed and then some, including some thoughtful extras. Lovely accommodation, and we’d stay there again.

The Wyngate was a great find on a quiet residential street. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was good with a powerful shower. We didn’t try breakfast, but I suspect it’s excellent too. Would highly recommend.
