Hilton Woking

Laura always takes great care of us in the executive lounge and keeps our drinks topped up. Toby and Chantal are lovely in the oxbo and Loft Bar/restaurant, really down to earth and happy while looking after everyone. Paul Smith has gone out of his way for us, making every night here feel perfect and looking after us on our Hilton travels and beyond. The front desk team, including Cara, Emma, Phoebe, Adnan and everyone else, are great. The rooms are spotless, cleaned to a high standard, and we always get a great room allocation. This hotel feels perfect for us in every way.

The executive lounge was incredible, breakfast had fantastic quality and loads of choice, and dinner was just as incredible. We also had unexpectedly amazing views and found the parking brilliant. The beds were so comfortable, and Valentina did an amazing job with our room. Everyone was lovely, friendly, funny and efficient. Definitely would go again.

Every dish we tried was a highlight, and the service stayed warm and attentive throughout. Kara at Reception was especially welcoming from the first moment, while Diana from Housekeeping did a superb job. Aaron at the restaurant and Syed were wonderful too, along with a sweet, attentive waitress whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. It’s rare to get such consistently good service from the whole team. They made our stay feel special, and we’ll definitely be back.

The atmosphere was bloody brilliant, though at times things get too loud for me. Amy moved us to a quieter room, and my friends’ room was kept outstandingly clean. Whenever we needed something done, it happened straight away. I have special dietary requirements at the moment, and Phoebe kindly came to my room, opened some milk for me and brought my snacks exactly where I needed them. I can’t fault the reception team. Kara and Hossan were amazing, answered my calls from the room and were disability friendly. The roster food and beverage manager made sure the chef, Rojan, met my food requirements. Kathyine and Jack’s kindness meant everything to me. Making sure people are well and having a good experience really matters here. This is by far the best Hilton I’ve been to in the UK. I’ll remember my time here forever. Once met, never forgotten. I’ll definitely come back for a longer and more expensive stay.
