I was disappointed by the cleaning. The showers were very dirty, the heads almost black, and the paint was peeling from the ceiling. The bedding looked used, with heavy wrinkles, and didn’t seem fresh. The cleaning staff were rude and arrogant, which made the whole experience worse. I expected better service and standards.

My stay left a really bad impression. There was a terrible smell from both the sink and the shower drains. The sheets looked used, wrinkled, dirty, and stained, and the cutlery was unclean and not suitable to use. Even toilet paper was missing. The conditions were far from acceptable, and I can’t recommend this place.

We needed somewhere to stay after the concert, and CADes Accommodation was just right. It was very close to the concert hall, and the room was super clean and comfortable. We could arrive when it suited us using the lockbox, and the directions made the room easy to find. Thanks for offering a clean, budget-friendly option!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and find it great value. The facilities are very clean, and while the rooms are basic, they’re comfortable. Check-in has improved a lot over the last year: the instructions now arrive in good time and make the process straightforward and efficient. The host also responds very quickly to questions or queries. I’d recommend this accommodation.

It was really quiet all the way through, and the rooms were clean and nice. They left complimentary biscuits and water too. I'd stay again.
