5 Middlecombe - Luxury Apartment Byron Woolacombe

We spent a week here in June, and the apartment had plenty of space for our family of five. The two balconies were lovely, especially for sitting in the mornings and watching the comings and goings of beautiful Woolacombe, with an excellent view of the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was furnished to a high standard. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, which was a nice surprise, even dishwasher tablets. There’s an allocated parking space right outside and an outdoor shed for wet beach things. The owner Sam was extremely helpful. No complaints at all, and I can’t recommend the apartment highly enough. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved our March 2022 stay at Byron Eleven, overlooking the bay in a wonderful part of Woolacombe. The beach is so close, with restaurants right on your doorstep, and the area feels quiet but lively. The apartment was impeccably presented, with sharp decor, and we couldn’t fault a thing. We used the lovely private pool in the Byron building twice and had it to ourselves both times. After our long journey, the owner’s welcome pack of basics and some much-appreciated beer were a lovely touch. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

You couldn’t ask for a better spot. Byron Eleven is a short two-minute walk from the beach, with shops and pubs just across the road, and the apartment has beautiful sea views. Inside, it’s equipped to a very high standard. The bedding was luxuriously soft, the beds super comfortable, and everything seemed to have been thought of, from a VAC cordless hoover and hairdryer to plenty of towels, spare pillows and all the cooking essentials. It was lovely to find a welcome pack with milk, tea and coffee when we arrived. We thoroughly recommend this apartment. Thanks Sam!

Back at Byron 11, and it was perfectly presented again. It has the best location in the village, with two sun-trap balconies and fantastic views over Woolacombe and the sea. See you again later in the year.
