The hosts were kind and helpful, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms are warmly and beautifully presented, with the feel of an elegant old stately home. I couldn't fault the place. It was perfect.

Sheila took such good care of us, with a fantastic breakfast and plenty of ideas for places to eat in the evening, both nearby and farther away. We had a fantastic couple of nights. The room was large, clean and warm, and we'd happily come back.

Peter and Sheila's place was the best stop on our UK round trip. The surroundings are stunning, the rooms clean and homely, and the beds amazing. Their service went above and beyond. 10/10, would recommend.

Peter and Shelia were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and breakfast was generous and delicious. We stayed last weekend and loved it. The location worked perfectly for exploring Bamburgh and Seahouses. We'd definitely stay again.

Sheila and Peter are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding, the bed comfortable and the room just right, with stunning views. It was such a peaceful, beautiful escape, very much like home. We would definitely come back and stay again.
