Most of the staff were fantastic, and I want to sincerely thank all of them. The breakfast service was wonderful, lunch was a sandwich or sausage roll, and dinner was lovely. On the final evening, I tipped the eight service staff working. We had the all-inclusive break from Sunday to Friday morning, which added selected drinks and the lunch sandwich to the usual offering. The trouble was one manager on my last night, I think his name was Peter, a bald man with glasses. I ordered a Sex on the Beach. The only extra needed beyond the all-inclusive options was a peach schnapps shot and a shake in the mixer. Most bar staff charged for that addition, but Peter insisted on charging the full £9.50 cocktail price instead of just over £4. The package cost an extra £18 a day, so that was really disappointing. The drinks list also wasn't fully clear. Captain Morgan's Rum was listed, but what they served was dark rum, not the classic spiced gold, which could be seen as false advertising. I'm fine with reduced-price extras such as Disarrono at £1.20 a shot, added to the cola included in the package. But after paying £18 a day, I expected to get the advertised orange juice, cranberry juice and vodka as part of the inclusive offer, rather than pay nearly £10 for a drink and get only a sandwich for the extra daily cost. That manager really put a damper on an otherwise brilliant experience.

We had a relaxing, cosy and welcoming evening, with friendly staff and wonderful views. We stayed to hear Suzanne O'Donnell, a wonderful entertainer who tailored her song choices to the room. Everyone danced and had a great time. We'll come back. Thank you.

After the meal, a singer performed and then ran a bingo game with good cash prizes. The afternoon was a good one, and we've all said we'd return for Christmas 2026. There were a lot of us girls from Bannatyne Gym at the Sheraton for Christmas lunch yesterday, 16/12/2025. The shared room was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the meal came out seamlessly. My main course was hot and fresh, no microwave used here. I had the cheesecake, as did many others, and we thought it was delicious. I was impressed from the moment I arrived. A receptionist took my coat and gave me a ticket to collect it later.

The food was the best we've ever had at a hotel, and the restaurant staff were amazing, especially Lucy and Laura. We had a fantastic trip to Blackpool with my mum and daughter. The Sheraton has a cosy atmosphere and a great location, with convenient tram access. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the pool was brilliant. The nightly shows were great too, and the children's entertainment and bingo were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it and can't wait to visit again!

The assistance at check-in was there when we needed it, and the trams and buses stopped outside. The lounge was so comfortable, staff were friendly, everywhere was spotless, and the food had a big variety and was great. Bingo was well called and the entertainment was good. We were in an accessible room, which was fantastic and warmer than we expected, with the lift right at our door. There wasn't a thing I could fault.
