The breakfast was fab, and once my takeaway tracked me down on a Monday night, dinner was sorted. There weren’t many local options that evening. I had a comfortable, homely stay while travelling for work, with a huge room, lovely bathroom, and a friendly, welcoming host. It was cloudy during my visit, but stargazing in the garden sounds lovely, maybe followed by a sauna.

The sauna, room, bathroom facilities, and breakfast were all excellent. It’s a lovely place to unwind, whether you’re here for work or a holiday. We got a warm, friendly welcome, and the accommodation had a personal touch.

Sue and Fred made us feel very welcome and were helpful. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the deep bath was perfect for a soak, and breakfast was delicious, cooked with local produce.

We were only here for one night, but felt welcome straight away. Lovely property, excellent hosts, and a great breakfast. Thanks, folks. Hope to visit again sometime!
