Andy and his team, including Jwohn, Donna and Simon, really care about providing excellent service. Once, when I’d booked the wrong date, Andy even found me a bed at another hotel and offered to share my details to help sort it out. I couldn’t believe he’d go to that trouble, since plenty of people might worry about losing a customer to somewhere else. Yesterday they gave me a dental kit after I’d left my toothbrush and toothpaste in London, let me check out late despite being busy, and pointed out that the rooms have charging cables for Android and Apple. There’s also a very good coffee machine, with lots of cold drinks and teas in another room. I travel for work all the time as I’m self-employed and only get paid when I work. I’ve rarely seen such dedication to customer service. Long live Andy and his team. Thanks to them, and have a good weekend. It’s an excellent place to stay, only six minutes from Worthing Station. The hotel’s easy to recommend. It’s clean and comfortable, with great decor and thoughtful extras, including a little goodie bag on the bed and a 24-hour hot drinks area. Online check-in is simple, with clear instructions, though the place uses automated, unstaffed systems. There are several pubs and food outlets nearby, and it’s a short walk to the station and the Assembly Rooms music venue. Can’t fault it.

The coffee station was great, and we liked the extra touches when we arrived. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and they let us extend checkout and leave our bags safely. It’s ideally placed for Worthing and close to the train station. A lovely hotel stay.

A real gem. The hotel is already lovely, and the guys here add all sorts of little touches that make the stay even better. Clean, comfortable and accommodating. I’d recommend it.
