Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including a traditional full English, and the homemade marmalades were so good we took six jars home. We were welcomed with tea and cake, then found our room comfortable, spotless, and beautifully furnished. Martyn had covered the little details too, from the drinks selection to the luxury toiletries. Thanks for such a warm stay. If you're visiting the area, this is the place I'd choose.

The breakfast room was lovely, with the table laid beautifully, and Martyn made sure we had a wonderful stay. He greeted us with tea and homemade cake, carried our case upstairs, and was attentive throughout. The room and facilities were spotless and tastefully decorated, with a huge bed, dressing gowns, slippers, a well-stocked refreshments tray, and secure parking. This Coach House goes well beyond what I expect from a B&B. We’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone staying nearby. Thanks, Martyn, for such high standards of service.

We only wished we could have stayed longer. The Coach House is about a five-minute walk from the centre of Wroxham, a handy spot in the capital of the Broads. Breakfast had lots of options, freshly cooked while we sat in the bright, airy dining room. Martin clearly thinks through what guests might need. Our room was immaculate and very well furnished, with lovely toiletries and a great tea and coffee selection. After the long journey, the pot of tea and homemade cake he brought us on arrival was especially welcome. It was the best B&B we’ve stayed in. Well done, Martin, we’ll be back.

We were already thinking about coming back before our holiday was even over, depending on whether Martin has a room free. The Coach House feels inviting, and ours was exceptionally clean and tidy, with extras more like a first-class hotel. The bed and shower deserve a mention too, since I usually miss my own when I’m away, but didn’t this time. Martin was friendly, welcoming, and knew the area and things to do. After a hot day walking eight miles to Aylsham and taking the Bure Valley train back, a fan was waiting by our door even though we hadn’t asked for one. He’d anticipated what we needed. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and our chats with him. Easily the best B&B we’ve stayed in, and maybe ever will.

The homemade cake and jam were exceptionally tasty, and the place was lovely and clean. Martyn was keen to help with everything and made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, and everything provided was good quality. It’s in a quiet, pleasant area, and they cater for vegans and vegetarians. It also suits people with limited mobility. We’d highly recommend the establishment and its very kind, friendly host. It felt like visiting a friend at home, not just staying at a B&B.
