Pratap's Signature Hotel-Resort&Spa

The pool was the last straw for us. Guests from outside the hotel had a birthday party there one night, and the next morning we saw food floating in the water. After other guests told the manager, staff started draining it. A technician said cleaning and refilling would take two days, but the manager told us it would be done in up to one day. It took at least two days, and by the end of the second day the pool still wasn't ready. Since it was the only outdoor place to relax, with no other comfortable spots in the shade, we packed in a hurry and left. We had booked five days but cut our summer holiday short after four because it had become hell. The room was okay, though the balcony armchairs were broken. When we asked to have them replaced, they brought ordinary dining chairs that weren't comfortable at all. Food was another problem: the restaurant was often missing half the menu, even basics like fries or tomatoes, and it either didn't have some local dishes or served them wrong. I was born and raised in Georgia, so I know the cuisine. The breakfast was poor in taste and quality, and service in the hall was awful. No one was there to check whether we had enough forks, coffee, or plates, so we had to knock and call whenever something was missing.

The setting and location were great, right by the beach, with the Aquapark next to the hotel. I really loved the place. The pool seemed to have some kind of problem and needs checking. Meals were okay, depending on what you order.

The cottage housekeeping team made a real impression on me. They were attentive and friendly, and kept everything tidy and welcoming. The facilities were well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere and picturesque surroundings made for a relaxing stay. The accommodations were cozy and the views were lovely. Anaklia Resort was a delightful escape, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a restful getaway with great service in Georgia.

The rooms, atmosphere, and space were good, but the service was just awful. I asked for bed sheets five times and never got them. They also said they couldn't provide pillowcases because they hadn't been able to wash them. I ended up wrapping the pillows in towels to sleep.
