Alpha Tbilisi

The place is only about three minutes from Liberty Square, which I liked. It is a little uphill, but that was alright. We stayed in attic room N9 and liked it. It has three single beds, including one very puffy bed. Giorgi was very helpful whenever I asked him something on WhatsApp. Towels and slippers were provided, and the upstairs toilet was clean. There was CCTV downstairs and in the upstairs hallway. The big living room and kitchen were useful, with complete cookware and utensils, plus free coffee and tea. We also had a microwave, refrigerator, iron and hair dryer. I liked the modern main door with a password lock, and being able to check in whenever we arrived. Giorgi sent detailed directions to the place. A couple of things could be improved. Someone to help with heavy luggage would be useful, since the stairs are challenging, especially for us girls. A humidifier or air freshener spray could help reduce cooking smells in the hallways, and be handy for the bathroom too. We tried the washing machine, but didn't realize the dryer wasn't working properly. We had to squeeze the water out of our clothes by hand, and they still hadn't dried by the time we left. It wasn't a huge issue for me. I'd still give it 9/10, and thanks to Giorgi we had a wonderful stay.
