The rooms are spacious, but staying here was inconvenient in several ways. There’s no lift, and every room is on the third or fourth floor, so guests have to carry their own bags up several flights. The staff wouldn’t help. Breakfast is included, but the buffet is very limited and seemed to be supermarket food from downstairs. The woman serving it was rude and gave guests dirty looks, so it didn’t feel like a perk. Poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is handy, with a Carrefour and KFC just a couple of steps away and all sorts of shops nearby. The rooms were good quality, cozy, and had comfortable furniture. Service was amazing too. Everyone was so polite and welcoming, especially kopy and George, who were really helpful with anything I needed. I’d recommend it.

The receptionist was kind and helped me with everything I needed. The hotel’s well placed near the metro and transport hub, with a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast was simple and tasty, more like homemade food. There are restaurants close by too, one serving Asian food and another Georgian.

Of the four hotels I stayed at during my visit to Georgia, this one was the best, even though they were all in the same price range. The location in Saburtalo was a plus, as it’s one of Tbilisi’s best districts. In the room, I had everything I needed: a tidy, clean washroom with a hairdryer, a decent-sized table, lots of sockets, and heavy curtains. The staff also let me know in advance about an expected water interruption, and left two small bottles of water for free each day.
