The wait for our order, the food, and then the check was a bit long. Still, the atmosphere and beautifully presented dishes made it an enjoyable visit. My favorite part was the homemade iced compote.

The exterior looked perfect and was clean, and the design inside is very modern. But at night, the steel construction means you can hear everything. Customer service was okay, though the young woman on staff seemed annoyed when asked a question. Her English was poor.

The kitchen here is divine, and they gave us a place with chairs for our photo session at no charge. At Vardzia Resort Restaurant, they asked us for 200 GEL for a photo session. A little kindness goes a long way.
