Marialuis Hotel

The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean too, and some rooms look out at the church. Thank you, Lana! It's a small hotel beside a large church. I picked it for the terrace, so I wish the booking sites had said it was closed. Drinking water should be provided each day, not just at check-in. The soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast wasn't very varied or particularly tasty; an à la carte option might help. And food should never be served with mold. Thank you!

My room had a stunning view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, which made the stay especially memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality and location. Maria Luis Hotel is comfortable and well kept, with warm hospitality and very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. They shared useful tips and always greeted me with a smile. It's also conveniently placed for nearby attractions, cafes, and transport. Highly recommend it for a visit to Tbilisi.

The room was an okay size, but the amenities were limited and weren't replenished. During our five-day stay the breakfast menu was mostly the same, and there was no intercom. Water bottles were only provided on arrival. The customer experience wasn't nice overall. Passable.

Maria at reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making check-in easy and checking that we had what we needed. Our spacious room had a balcony with great views and fresh air. The breakfast selection was decent, though we only noticed pork and would have liked some halal chicken options. Also, the bathrooms don't have faucets, which may be inconvenient for travelers from Asian countries or anyone who considers that essential. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
