The manager was especially kind and professional, and the staff were all very friendly. Our room was beautiful and very clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We had an amazing stay and thought it was great value for money. Highly recommended!

The reception girls were the only ones who smiled and tried to help. The owner was rude all the time, and even wanted 10 GEL for ironing. When we asked a girl at reception to do it, she didn't charge us anything, so what was that about? A 4-star hotel charging 10 GEL for ironing my own clothes? Some days the breakfast was old, too. And the "Fitness centre" is only a name. It has old, useless equipment, including a treadmill from 2000, no ventilation, and just being in there made me feel sick. Absolutely don't recommend!

Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and the staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. The location is convenient and quiet, while still close to the city center. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. A great choice for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Tbilisi!

Our group had a messy check-in, and things were disorganized at other times too. There seemed to be different people at reception every time. My room smelled like smoke, and the place is pretty worn out. At breakfast, the backyard door was open, letting in cold air and a smell of smoke from hotel staff. I wouldn't stay there again.

Breakfast was fairly decent, with a reasonable range of choices. The hotel is modest and generally okay for a short stay, but the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell that made us less comfortable. It's also a bit far from the city center, so bear that in mind if you want to explore Tbilisi on foot.
