The property feels run down, the sauna doesn’t work, and we even spotted mice on the patio. Staff were rude and condescending, and food was overpriced. It also seemed like some groups were treated better than others. Other restaurants and bars nearby are much friendlier.

I really liked where it’s located. The staff were responsible, though there’s room for them to improve. A few small things, like adding uniforms and windowns, could make this the best hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and has the potential to be a good place to stay, but the service was very poor. We asked several times to have the children's room cleaned, and nobody did it for five days. The rooms and the area around the pool also weren’t cleaned regularly.

It’s a nice hotel that I imagine would be ideal in ski season, but it needs better management. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though quite small, and they were clean. The public bathrooms weren’t. Food was nice. Staff seemed bored, but helped when asked. Getting the hot water fixed took two requests: I first reported it at 8am, and it was working again at 2pm. The room wasn’t cleaned or made up, just given fresh towels and water, and that didn’t happen every day.

The hotel looks brand new, and there’s a swimming pool and billiard to keep you busy. Breakfast was fresh and good, and the service and staff were very good. It’s perfectly located by the pine forest, where you can walk into Bakuriani’s gorgeous nature, while still being close to the ski pistes.
