The rooms were warm, clean, and cozy, and breakfast was delicious. The hostess is meticulous, and everyone was so kind, generous, friendly, and welcoming. From Melikeshvili Street it’s a 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk to the city center. The building is well located, with a shop, pharmacy, and bank nearby, plus a restaurant, cafe, and shop on Rodena Street. I’ve made wonderful friends and have such good memories. Thank you, Aunt Rusiko! Wishing your family luck and happiness. ❤️❤️

We felt at home at the guesthouse, returning as if we were visiting our closest friends. The hosts were welcoming, and the place was cozy. Nearly all the main sights were an easy walk away. There’s a bus stop two minutes away and Rustaveli metro station about 10-15 minutes on foot. Shops open around the clock, a pharmacy, and currency exchange offices are nearby. We highly recommend it!

We’ve stayed here several times and will keep coming back. It’s close to the city center, with shops and restaurants nearby and Rock Cafe just across the street. The welcoming couple has several family rooms, and Sofiko makes delicious omelets for breakfast.
