Breakfast was a major letdown. It was disgusting and poorly managed, with almost no choices, and the few things they served were cold and repeated every day. From arrival onward, the staff were unprofessional and the service was well below standard. We didn't have basic things like morning kits in our room, so we had to call and ask for them ourselves, which was frustrating for a hotel of this level. We were also traveling as a family but received only two tiny bottles of water. When we asked for more, we were told to pay. Nobody could clearly explain how many bottles were included per room, and the staff seemed confused about their own policies. With the lack of hospitality and terrible food, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Breakfast was nearly inedible, with most items undercooked and served cold. The bathroom drainage was also a serious problem: water pooled quickly and wouldn't go down, which felt unhygienic. When I reported these issues, the staff were uncooperative and seemed indifferent instead of offering help or a solution. I was looking forward to the stay, but it didn't meet expectations. Unprofessional staff and subpar facilities. The poor maintenance and customer service made it a waste of money. There are much better options in the area.

The room heaters worked amazingly well and kept us warm during the December winter. The rooms were tidy and good for a small family, though small compared with hotel rooms in other places. As someone of Indian origin, I found the breakfast options too limited: bread, Kacchapuri, sausage, croissants, cereals, and salads. The fresh juices tasted different. One day there was a power outage, and we had to walk up and down five floors because, apparently, the elevators don't work during power fluctuations. With a three year old, that wasn't a great experience.

We spent time relaxing on the balcony, eating, and enjoying the natural surroundings, which was a real plus. The room was comfortable and looked after, and the hotel felt clean and peaceful. Its spot in the city was convenient too. I'd happily recommend it.
